Terms of Service

By commissioning any piece of artwork from me, you agree to my Terms of Service and are an adult or have your legal guardian's permission.The term "client" refers to the customer, the commissioner making the purchase transaction.
1. General Terms
I reserve the right to decline your commission under any circumstances and without disclosure.
Prices are subject to change. The client will not be reimbursed or billed a difference after the time of purchase.
The client is commissioning a digital PNG file at 72dpi and will receive it via email. Alternative methods can be discussed, but the artist will not deliver the client a physical product.
2. Payment
Prices are in USD currency via Paypal only.
Payment is done in two parts. 50% is required upfront, and the remaining 50% is required after the sketch has been confirmed and approved. This will be done through a Paypal invoice where partial payment and tips are allowed.
Payment can be done through installments.
3. Process
Turnaround time is within 3 months. This is not a guaranteed deadline, but I will notify the client of any delays. There may be an extra fee if the client wants it finished by a deadline.
The client is first sent a sketch of their request. Upon approval and full payment, I will complete the client's commission. Proportions, poses, and other changes may be made past the sketch within reason.
Clients may request a Work in Progress (WIP) image. I may also give these freely if I have questions about the commission. Sketch and final stages are given by default.
Revisions can be requested during the process until it is in the state of polishing/post-processing.
4. All Sales Are Final
I will NOT redraw an entire commission. Major changes will not be made after the sketch is approved without an additional fee.
Once the commission has been finalized, only three minor changes are allowed to be made without fee (e.g., minor color tweaks, markings, filters, etc.).
The client is responsible for providing accurate references or descriptions, being clear in their order, and to communicate with me ahead of time of any specifics.
5. Copyright/Usage Policy
The client does not have the right to sell or use the commissions for commercial purposes, NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the client. The client can request for their commission to not be posted on a public platform. I am otherwise allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to: promote myself within any place or site, distribute it, and alter it to my liking.
The client is allowed to: (1.) Unless agreed otherwise, use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only (such as resizing and/or cropping the piece for use as profile elements, or personal prints). (2.) Claim the right of any original characters if applicable, but not the drawing itself. (3.) Upload the illustration with proper credit given to me the artist (@aueua).
The client is NOT allowed to: (1.) Reproduce/use the copyrighted artwork commercially. (2.) Take credit for the creation of the artwork. (3.) Remove any watermarks/signatures. (4.) Alter or trace the artwork without my, the artist's, consent.
I do not allow purchase of commercial rights to my artwork at this time. As such, my artwork is not to be used for merch, books, covers, props, altered in any way, and/or used to promote another’s brand.
If the copyright infringement is broken in any way, every right had to the drawing will be retracted.
5. Cancel/Refund Policy
I have the right to cancel the commission at any time. Full refund will be provided and no file will be sent.
If I have not started on the commission, clients can cancel the transaction and receive a full refund.
If the commission is canceled during or after the sketch, it cannot be refunded.
If a charge-back is filed against me, the client's rights to anything I have made for them are retracted. Furthermore, I have the right to the money the client has given me, to sell the copyrighted work to new buyers, and to file a complaint. The client will be blacklisted.

All prices are estimates in USD ($) for one character. This price may increase or decrease depending on the complexity of the order.Each additional character adds 50% to the base price. This is also affected by complexity.
If there are additional characters included together, the client does not have to complete multiple order forms.
Backgrounds, scenes, or environments that are not simple may require an additional fee.
If an unclear reference is provided, there may be a design fee that starts at a minimum of $20.00.

Minimal to no colors.The drawing is done in a loose manner or as a sketch, having more flaws and implied lines than the other selections. It can also be experimental upon request.

Colors and minimal to no shading.Shading is considered flat or cell, and it is not as painterly as compared to the rendering styles offered. There are usually less implied lines or flaws.

Really painterly. Illustration.While there is overlap with the simple render examples, a full render takes more time to account for various elements. I polish further than normal and allow more leeway with adjustments when requested.
