I reserve the right to decline your commission for any reason and without having to disclose why.

Prices are subject to change. The client will not be reimbursed or billed a difference after the time of purchase.

The client is commissioning a digital PNG file at 72dpi and will receive it via email. Alternative methods can be discussed.

Prices are in USD currency via Paypal or Ko-fi only.

Payment is done in two parts. 50% is required upfront, and the remaining 50% is required after the sketch has been confirmed and approved. Paypal will be done through an invoice where partial payment and tips are allowed.

Estimated turnaround time is within 2 months. This is not a guaranteed deadline: I am a full-time student and will notify the client of any delays. There will be an extra fee if the client wants it finished by a deadline.

The client is first sent a sketch of their request. Upon approval and full payment, I will complete the client's commission. Proportions, poses, and other changes may be made past the sketch within reason.

Clients may request a Work in Progress (WIP). I may also give these freely if I have questions about the commission. Sketch and final stages are given by default.

Revisions can be requested during the process until it is in the state of polishing/post-processing.

I will NOT redraw an entire commission. Major changes will not be made after the sketch is approved.

Once the commission has been finalized, only three minor changes are allowed to be made without fee (e.g., minor color tweaks, markings, filters, etc.).

The client is responsible for providing accurate references or descriptions, being clear in their order, and to communicate with me ahead of time of any specifics.

The client does not have the right to sell or use the commissions for commercial purposes, NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the client. The client can request for their commission to not be posted on a public platform. I am otherwise allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to: promote myself within any place or site, distribute it, and alter it to my liking.

The client is allowed to: (1.) Unless agreed otherwise, use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only (such as resizing and/or cropping the piece for use as profile elements, personal prints, etc.). (2.) Claim the right of any original characters if applicable, but not the drawing itself. (3.) Upload the illustration with proper credit given to me the artist (@aueua).

The client is NOT allowed to: (1.) Reproduce/use the copyrighted artwork commercially. (2.) Take credit for the creation of the artwork. (3.) Remove any watermarks/signatures. (4.) Alter or trace the artwork without my, the artist's, consent.

I do not allow purchase of commercial rights to my artwork at this time. As such, my artwork is not to be used for merch, books, covers, props, altered in any way, and/or used to promote another’s brand.

If the copyright infringement is broken in any way, every right had to the drawing will be retracted.

I have the right to cancel the commission at any time. Full refund will be provided and no file will be sent.

If I have not started on the commission, clients can cancel the transaction and receive a full refend.

If the commission is canceled during or after the sketch, it cannot be refunded.

If a chargeback is filed against me, the client's rights to anything I have made for them are retracted. Furthermore, I have the right to sell the copyrighted work to new buyers, file a complaint, and the money the client has given me. The client will be blacklisted.
